Some of the UK's leading figures from the media industry are meeting for a conference at Aberystwyth University.

The 23rd biennial conference of the International Association for Media and History runs until Saturday.

Buddha Built For Musical To Big To Leave Studio

Posted by Llanrhystud Childminder On Thursday, July 02, 2009 1 comments
I found this fascinating article today:
A statue of Buddha built for a musical turned out to be so big that a partition wall had to be taken down to get it out of the door.

The 5m (16ft) gold-coloured figure could not be freed from the Drill Hall in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion.
